Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused beauty supplies in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship the Items
Send your return package through a trackable shipping service like USPS, FedEx, or UPS to the return address provided by our support team.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to verify they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
